Dear Matt, you are doing referente to TCP profile, this profile is disabled
by default in next version we have created a better profile called l4xnat,
so please consider to use this profile in next future.

Regarding your request, it means:

*  4096 max, 58 used, 1677 last*

You configured a persistence array of 4096 elements, right now it is in use
58 elements, and it reached a max of 1677.

In the case of last value (reached) is next to 4096 then, it would be
recommended to increase the max number of elements.
