You can do two possible configurations:

1. Create a L4xnat FARM, in this case the load balancer manage the
communication in raw mode.

2. Create a HTTTPS FARM, and enable HTTPS backends in the service you
configured the vcenter IPs. In this case the load balancer uncrypt and
after this encrypt in order to forward to backends.

*HTTPS Backends.* This checkbox indicates to the farm that the backends
servers defined in the current service are using the HTTPS language and
then the data will be encrypted before to be sent.
