Is it possible to configure an email alert whenever a back-end server is seen
as "down" by ZLB? I'm trying to fine-tune FarmGuardian so that it offlines a
back-end server quickly, but I need to find a sweet spot so that there are
minimal false positives. An email alert whenever a back-end server is seen as
offline would be very helpful so that I am alerted to investigate.
