Also, perhaps a mechanism where we can configure email alerts when a back-end 
server appears down? A farmguardian email alert of some sort?

It would be really nice to be able to put back-end servers into "maintenance 
mode" along with the option to terminate all persisted connections to said 
back-end with L4XNAT farms. Not sure how feasable this is, but I for one would 
LOVE this feature!

For the appliance iso, maybe move from Debian to Ubuntu so that we have more up 
to date packaging?
