In a view of your current config I see several errors.

If you have your own dns server that resolves gslbnav.com then you have to
configure a delegate subzone resolution sub.gslbnav.com in primary DNS, so
the DNS resolutors (ns1 and ns2) for sub.gslbnav.com must be two GSLB
farms, in your example 192.168.93.60:53 should be listening the GSLB farm
(NS1), you should configure additional GSLB farm for ns2 server.

On the hand you will require to configure a service for load balancing
192.168.93.34 and 192.168.50.16 in TCP 8080 port.

To sumup:

1. COnfigure the dns resolution for sub.gslbnav.com in your current DNS
server and delegate this zone to ns1 and ns2.
2. NS1 and NS2 must be GSLB farms running
3. Configure a new service for backend load balancing 192.168.93.34 and
192.168.50.16 TCP 8080 with Round Robin or Active-Pasive load balancing
algortihm.

NS1 192.168.93.60 for subzone sub.gslbnav.com
NS2 ?? for subzone sub.gslbnav.com

service name backends8080:
backend1 192.168.93.34 TCP 8080
backend2 192.168.50.16 TCP 8080

Example:
www DYNA backends8080
