Hi there,

We are currently in evaluation period of Zen Enterprise Edition, we will be
purchasing soon. However I've come across a rather crippling bug in the
software. I'm on a fairly urgent time scale, as this system will be going live
within the next 4 days. If someone from your technical support team could
kindly call me at +44 1622 524 200, to discuss this it would be massively
appreciated. I'll outline the issue below:

When creating an HTTP based farm, and selecting HTTPS as the farm listener
type, when I add a valid *.pem file to the SNI list, ZenEE then writes the:

Cert "/usr/local/zenloadbalancer/config/DOMAIN-XZY.pem"

...declaration in the pound config file in the wrong place. It writes it to
around line 20 or 21, which is OUTSIDE of the "HTTPSListener" section. This
invalidates the pound config file, and causes the farm to drop into a state
where it cannot be restarted, stopped or started.

We have around 30 farms, all using HTTPS and different pem files for certs to
add for this client, manually editing each one, and then removing the ability
to modify that farms SSL from the GUI is simply not an option, especially on an
Enterprise grade system that we (will be soon) paying a lot of money for.

As I've mentioned, this is extremely urgent, and I really do need someone from
Tech to respond to me by email, or better yet call me on the number above, go
through to the tech support option when prompted, just ask to speak to Dave.

Thank you.
