Nope. This means the zeo object database is unable to start. This is
probably because it is already running.
Assuming you do not need to preserve any of your configuration, kill off
anything that looks like a zenoss related process. Delete $ZENHOME,
zenossinst/build and try again.
I get this whenever I delete the directories without stopping zenoss first.
