We updated the install script to check for this and added a comment
to the INSTALL.txt. Thanks for the input!

The install created a folder of /etc in $ZENHOME (/usr/local/zenoss/

The owner and group of the folder were root:root
This caused one of the components not to install when it tried
creating a file in that folder (zeoctl make tried creating
$ZENOSSHOME/etc/zeo.conf )
I changed the owner & group to zenoss and the installer got past
this point.
From this point, the software installed correctly, and I am now
working on configuration.
