This mib depends on another mib that isn't around. But it's just using
TimeTicks which is likely to be the same for all SNMPv2 mibs:
$ replace SNMPv2-SMI-v1 SNMPv2-SMI --
$ZENHOME/share/mibs/site/SNMPv2-TC-V1SMI.my
$ zemib run
