Yeah, that's what I thought... I ended up scrapping the install and just reinstalling the Zenoss from SVN...
The one thing I have found is that I can't update the products associated with a manufacturer... I populate the field at the bottom of the page with my software and then click "Add Software" and nothing appears to happen... I try the ad hardware and the "Move to" button also and the same thing happens.

Don't copy the files after download from svn. You need to run
install.sh from the zenossinst directory you downloaded.
