Hi Again,
my initial problem has been solved , but the thing now is that everytime I restart my server , I have to do "iptables -F" to make it work.
Any clues as to how I can get rid of this.

Yeah, you probably set it so that it wouldn't start. However, that
wouldn't affect it since it was still running.
