and i still have the same problem when i ./configure :

have any idea to resolve this problem???
hmm. How about:
0) what OS, distro, and version are you running?
1) did you install open ssl manually? Did you run ldconfig?
2) are the openssl dev libs in a non-standard location? Try adding
the location to LDFLAGS.
