Hi Josh & Allen:

You can reduce the number of outstanding connections used by zencommand, by changing MAX_CONNECTIONS in Products/ZenRRD/zencommand.py.

The maximum number of connections *should* be a reasonable number already, so maybe there's another problem.

Assuming you are on the appliance or other linux platform, could you send me an "ls -l /proc/XXXX/fd" where XXXX is the process id of zencommand (which you can get on the About page).

Is this 1.0? I have seen this error on my installation before as well. It
also is bogging/killing down mysqld with tons of defunct database connections.
Oh, and tell Mr. Finkelstein I said hi :) Josh
