Yes, I always get IP services.  But I am actually getting WinServices on
some of them too.  I do have ZenWin running on one box, maybe these
services are somehow getting to other devices too?

Perf graphs come through SNMP.  If you don't have zenwin running then  
you might be getting ipservices which are also collected through SNMP.
