Hi Clayton, Do:
$ ps auxww | grep zenping You are probably running a zenping process, but Zenoss has lost track of it. You can kill the one that's running, and start one up through the About page. -Eric Clayton Dillard wrote:
The zenping process shows up as stopped under the About page on the Zenoss console. When I run zenping run from the command line it does not return any errors.Seems like when zenping is stopped, Zenoss doesn't detect when ahost goes down and thus does not alert via email.Anyone got any ideas? Thanks,Clay _______________________________________________ zenoss-users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.zenoss.org/mailman/listinfo/zenoss-users
