I think I had the exact same problem. Mine was fixed by swapping out the hardware.

I've reboot the virtual machine several times, and each time I can login to Zenoss but as soon as I try to do anything at the Dashboard, I get that message. I've rebooted the Windows machine itself, but that doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions?
