The problem is if I get paged and dont wake up, I need to continue being paged until someone responds. So yes, I really need a rule that repeats until the the event is acknowledged. Creating rules upon rules for tons of users is quite impractical. Based on your response I'm sure you guys realize you're not going to be able to get away without this feature =). And yes I want to be annoyed *that* much. Apparently I want you guys to be annoyed that much too. Always happy to share the love

Hey we had to work hard to make the alerts state full! You can't ask for a feature like this :) As a hack you can make multiple rules that have longer timeouts.
