That looks like a good svn checkout. Sorry if I'm repeating steps
you already took, just trying to cover all the bases. Try this next:

> cd $ZENHOME/bin
> svn update
> cd /home/zenoss/zenossinst

> ./install.sh

Is there a libzenoss directory in your zenossinst directory?
Also, test to see if $ZENHOME/Products and $ZENHOME/bin are
actually checked out from svn:

Can you list the steps you took to upgrade your install? Looks
like the install scripts and the some of the code got out of sync.
