No. It's possible to collect performance data using both on the same
device.
I think you are working with Tomi on this issue, but here's the key problem:
INFO:zen.zenperfsnmp:collected 0 of 0 devices in 0.00
Somehow no devices are configured to be collected for this manual run of
zenperfsnmp.
