I was just looking through the 1.1 AdminGuide and am glad to see that the documentation is getting better. There are a couple of things that I noticed are still missing and have wondered about.
What are the Admin levels used for. The guide just says you can assign the user an admin level of Administrator, Analyst, Engineer, etc. but does nothing to explain what the difference is between each level nor how the system uses it. Does anyone know what/how administrator levels are used? Also, it explains the user roles of Manager and ZenUser, but what is Monitor? It is shown in the screenshot, but isn't explained in the documentation.
