That was it.  Here are the steps:

svn update
./install.sh
zenmigrate run --commit
Event Manager -> Refresh Event Schema (daemons would not start until I did 
this).

Chris,

Update and run zenmigrate again.  There was a problem with one of the 
mysql triggers.

(This problem does not affect the zenoss 1.1 release, just people 
following the svn trunk who have updated in the last several hours.)
