Probably could. Since it's an email that actually creates the ticket, it was very intuitive to set up by just formatting the message and setting the destination. Right now, the ticket is still getting created the extra field values just aren't getting set. I'm able to go in manually and set them based on the message, but it would've been cool for it to "just work".
