I know you have seen this all over, but I have tried everything out there to get this to work with no luck. Zenoss is working properly, I can poll my windows devices using snmp/ping just fine. I can wbemtest from my workstation with the account I used to start the services and I used in zproperties with no error. If I am understanding this correctly you install Python/zenwin on one windows server that will talk back to zen? I only modified the config files in etc to reflect the url to my zen server like below is this correct?:
winurl http://myserver:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/Server/Windows zopeusername admin zopepassword zenoss zem http://myserver:8081/ I created the services with the local admin account and password and the services start and run fine. I also tried it with a domain account that I added to the local admin group with no luck. Most errors I see are either bad wmi state or access denied. Any help would be great.
