Hi Wesley,

You can remove events from the Dashboard by sending them to the history from the Events link on the left. The events in the history and the performance data will eventually age to the point where they are removed.

But, if you need to dump them now, you can do this from the command line:

   $ mysql -uzenoss -pzenoss events
   mysql> delete from status where device = 'somename'
   mysql> delete from history where device = 'somename'
   mysql> exit

   $ rm -rf $ZENHOME/perf/Devices/somename

Where zenoss/zenoss are the username/password for the Zenoss MySQL user and 'somename' is the name of your device. These actions cannot be undone, so you really need to careful. A backup is your friend.

Devices I have removed from Zen are still showing on my dashboard,
anyway to remove them? Anyway to remove all event/history/graphs
associated with removed devices as well?

Thanks,

Wesley Sparks
