Hi Jason,

It would be helpful if you could send the output of the command:

   $ zenperfsnmp run -v 10 -d server_name

Also, an snmp walk of the device would also be helpful:

   $ snmpwalk -c public -v 1 server_name

(Substitute your community string for "public" as necessary). Feel free to send this off list.
