Thanks for the reply.  Somehow Gmail decided to group it into a convesation
in my "Sent Items" folder so I didn't see it until just now.

Is there documentation on how ZenPing builds its topology database?

What options are there when remote locations are on an MPLS network in which
you have no access to the provider's intermediary routers?  Is they a way to
still have Layer 3 topology monitoring (even if its a manual hack)?

not a generalized dependency system (for use with services or
devices).  This will come soon but I can't say it will make it into
1.2 although I would really like to get it in there!
