Hi John,
We don't produce error messages about a missing process if the device
fails to respond to Ping.
What does this command print if you run it when the process is down?
$ zenprocess run -v 10 -d mydevice

I just downloaded and installed the new zenoss. It appears to work for some

add a new process to monitor, the process does show up in the devices. However,
when I shut off SSH, the zenoss still shows that it's up, even when I am

it's up when the machine is down. Is there something else I must do to make
