Can you get the OID from a "regular" snmpget or snmpwalk command to the
host? It's possible that the FreeBsd box doesn't have the UCD-SNMP-MIB
installed/configured.

e.g.,

snmpwalk -v 1 -c <community> <machine> .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11

or

snmpget -v 1 -c <community> <machine> .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.54.0
