Code: you can do this by limiting the Y axis of the CPU Utilization graph. For /Server/Linux class for example, you can go to: http://ZENOSS_ADDRESS:8080/zport/dmd/Devices/Server/Linux/rrdTemplates/Device/graphs/CPU%20Utilization and change Max Y paramter's value to 100 instead of 800. I don't know if this is on purpose, or just a small bug.
