Happy, Happy, Mister Monday...this is the latest from my noggin before I have
to push it aside and work on some other projects first.

The changes since the last release:
 * created custom controlBlocks fill-slots in graphsPane
 * separated graphsPane into graphsLayout and graphsModule
 * added Custom_ControlBlock_Layout.rpt to illustrate to users
how to manipulate the controlBlocks and the graphsModule
 * made comment at top of Organized_Graphs into false tal:block
in order to correct a bizarre ztabs oddity in IE

 * created intfGraphs and networkControlBlock for interface graphs
 * modified all SubOrganizer_Graphs and added Throughput sample
 * modified tabs/href in order to preserve org/net values, when needed

Have fun and let me know if you see any issues --- oh, and if you've made any
of your own Organized_Graphs based on the samples, you will have to make some
slight modifications to them for the new default parameters and such. Don't
forget to make your own backups if you've modified my original files.

My thoughts on the next release, when I get around to it, are: aggregate graphs
for the current configurations and possibly breadcrumbs for the sub-organizers
so that you don't get ALL the sub-sub-orgs when you pull up '/' or any other
suborg.
