Hi all! I've just downloaded the Zenoss VMWare version. I wanted to test it first before doing a full install on a dedicated server. Honestly, this is the first time to configure and use an NMS. I opt on trying OpenNMS, Nagios, Cacti. My friend told me that Zenoss is the easiest one to install and use but we lost communication and he didn't have the chance to assist me on configuring and installing it.
On the VMWare version, I was able to add devices but only few informations are being displayed. What I wanted to monitor is the network bandwidth usage (in and out), processor, cpu load, memory, hard disks free spaces etc. Also tried installing snmp-informant on the server but still not successful. Hope someone can help me out on how to monitor the things I mentioned above. Thanks. ------------------------ Don Eugene Paul M.
