I have been using Zenoss 1.1.1 for a couple of weeks, and it seems to work great
for my environment EXCEPT it can't seem to display information about my Cisco 12008
routers, i.e., no interface info, no route info, no CPU, etc. It reads all my other
Cisco model routers just fine. I am monitoring these 12008 routers with MRTG and it has
no problems. When I hit the "manage" button, it seems to be getting all the
info, but none of it shows up. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Jeff,

Normally if you see the device being modeled, but nothing shows up on
the OS tab an exception was hit before the data could be committed. If
you wouldn't mind, please run "zenmodeler run -v 10
--device=yourCisco12008device" and paste the result into a pastebin
such as http://pastebin.mozilla.org/.
