I believe CentOS is probably the easiest one to get it going on. They have install instructions for it under the documentation link on the main page. I installed it on Ubuntu, which is pretty easy as long as you follow the instructions. I read from others in the forums that they are working on a Debian package for Zenoss that all you would have to do is install the zenoss package with any package manager or apt-get and you'd be done. So, in the future, that would probably be the easiest.
