What is the trick to getting Zenoss to "acquire" and display hw and sw info about devices. I've recently setup Zenoss and manually created the devices.
Windows devices show the SW info fine, however there is no HW info displayed, no cpu or memory info. Most of the devices are Dell servers. Also, on my Cisco devices, it displays no HW or SW info. I tried setting the zTransportPreference to portscan and let it acquire that way, with the same results...
