I'm sorry it has taken us over a day to respond to your post.  We've been 
working very hard on the 2.0 release as well as responding to numerous customer 
support requests.

If you installed Zenoss via the RPM you have to run /etc/init.d/zenoss as root 
to start up zenoss.  The first time that you run this script after you install 
Zenoss it will create the MySQL tables.  After that you can use 
/opt/zenoss/bin/zenoss as the zenoss user to start/stop zenoss.

The SQL files you are looking for are located in $ZENHOME/ZenEvents/db.  We 
load zenevents.sql, followed by zenprocs.sql.
