Have a look in that ticket - I added a destructor to the SnmpClient
class, and that's taken care of a *lot* of the ports left open, but not
all of them. I think the ones that are still remaining open are those
that time out, but I've yet to figure why the destructor isn't called
when there's a timeout.
[The first patch I posted in there was definitely wrong - I don't think
it did any harm, but it didn't do any good either. The second patch is
what I'm running currently.]
