sushi: Odd that your ReportLoader.py does not run --- are you seeing any other problems with other python scripts? And what errors is the ReportLoader generating?
Unfortunately, difficult to debug your problem without additional details. You should be able to add the reports manually through the GUI, though, if you can't get ReportLoader to work. Simply go to the Reports sections, create your own new folder (i.e. Organized_Graphs) and append "/manage" at the end. Add a new Report, copy and paste the contents of any of my reports into the body and voila, Organized Graphs!
