Package your aps up as MSI's and push them out via Group Policy. Unfortunately I've not figured out how to push SNMP since it's an optional windows component. If you copy the install files to every machine, it shouldn't be problem though.
If you're using DHCP for the desktops, forget about monitoring them. Zenoss monitors IP Addresses.
