Collecting info from a Windows 2000 server on the network. The IP on the
network interface is 192.168.190.27/24. The Collection Log shows this
correctly, however the OS tab for the device shows it as 192.168.190.27/16.
Notice the /16 subnet mask. In fact, a few machines are incorrectly showing
/16 subnet masks when they should be /24. The actual servers themselves are
set to /24, and should be discovered with the /24.

The side effect of this otherwise innocuous problem is that "Networks" are
created with the /16 mask, and then zendisc goes out and tries to discover
these large /16 networks.
