I have a perplexing issue. (Which probably is consistant state). I recently found Zenoss and am intrigued by it and want to implement it at one of my sites.
I installed zenoss v1.1.2 on a FC6 box and am having trouble getting it to run properly. My lastest issues getting all of the daemons to run. When I start zenoss as a sudoer all will start but those not running. When it gets to the daemons zenping, zensyslog, and zentrap the process asks for a password (see below). When I enter the sudo password or zenoss password or the root password the fail to start. I have implemented several of the fixes that I found on this site (ie. sudoers, path, etc.), but they fail fix the problem. I could use some help.
