Did you have a [EMAIL PROTECTED] "Adding an Additional Performance Server"
in the Zenoss Admin Guide? I didn't try it yet but this seems the way
to go if you want to cluster your monitoring...

Well, this doesn't really *cluster* my monitoring, given that with an
additional performance monitor data are still centralized in a single
  pair of mysql/zeo databases. Right?

What I'm looking for is more a hierarchical structure of databases
with "slave" databases that store data locally but also forward them
to their "masters". Both slave and masters then can run web frontend
on their (local) databases to monitor the corresponding local or
  global views of the network.

Is there anything like that in present (or forthcoming) zenoss?

Bye,
Marco
