The quick answer is no, but it sounds like a good idea to me too. The
steps that this installer would have to perform would be..
1. Install the Windows SNMP service. (If not already installed)
2. Configure the SNMP service with appropriate access controls.
3. Install the SNMP-Informant MIB extensions. (If not already installed)
4. Restart the SNMP service.
Number 2 is actually quite easy. You can simply export the
\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SNMP registry
folder on a system that you've configured properly and import it on
all other systems.

about. I took the time to write a howto for installing SNMP remotely

So that's step 1. I don't have time to write up the other steps at
the moment, but you can use similar techniques to those I've
described.
