Yes 800 makes no sense it should be -1 so it can float. I added it to the tree cleanup ticket.

While I don't claim that MS knows what their doing, they seem to be able to get properly scaled CPU utilization figure in the task manager. Even the vmstat command seems to give a reasonable percentage measurement. Why can't we get something more meaning into Zenoss?
