Josh,
Is it possible that your status monitor config cycle is 100 minutes?
Do you have a fairly expansive network? If so, your problem might be
that zenping is taking a long time to build its pingtree each time it
must reload its configuration.
I have this problem on my network too. I've set my status monitor's
config cycle to 1440 minutes to help alleviate it. Now I only get
zenping heartbeat problems once per day.
