I have an alert rule setup as follows (Zenoss 1.1.1, Fedora Core 5): Production State = Production Severity >= Critical Event State = New
I would think, then, that when I use a maintenance window to set a device's state to Maintenance (and I can look at the device and verify that this is the state) that I would then not receive any e-mails about the device being down when I shut it down to do work on it. But I still receive every single notification. Am I missing something? Is this a bug or just the way it is designed to work?
