I checked, and the field updated properly on the existing windows device,
so I told it to remodel the device. However - remodeling does not appear
to trigger a WMI collection.
Any idea how I would get it to retry WMI? Or, will that happen on its own

The WMI modeling will probably at some point be rolled into a regular
DataCollector plugin, but for now it runs in its own daemon,
zenwinmodeler. This daemon runs on a schedule and will eventually
model any Windows systems you've setup a good WMI connection to.
