There was a zendump.zip, which I removed. However, I'm still getting a
"Permission Denied" when I try to run ./zen2dump.py from zenossinst as
"zenoss" user.

Kristopher,

Is it possible that you tried to run zen2dump previously as root? I'm
thinking that the zendump.zip file already exists and is owned by root
so the zenoss user can't overwrite it.
