Roberto,
All of these errors can actually be expected. They are coming up
because Zenoss is trying to figure out the system's update to display
for you, but the uptime hasn't been collected yet. This is normal for
a newly added device.
Does this new device get added eventually, or does it time out? I
don't think these errors are related to the problem.
