By 5 results, do you mean that you only have 5 devices added to Zenoss? Are 
they in the /Discovered class or /Network/Router?

Where are you seeing the neighbor table overflow messages? From zendisc on the 
command line, or as events in the Zenoss web interface?

The first thing I'd recommend that you check is that your zSnmpCommunities list 
under /Devices->zProperties contains all of your SNMP communities. Otherwise 
Zenoss will be unable to model the devices.
