I've been trying to find a way to suppress the "CLEAR" notification when an entry from an event log is purged after 4 hours... but I still want the "CLEAR" notification when a condition actually clears.
For example, if disk utilization goes over 90% I want the alert, and corresponding "CLEAR" when it drops back below... and I want notification when warnings/errors occur on servers... I just don't want the artificial "CLEAR" notification when the event is dropped after 4 hours, since the condition is not necessarily clear. Any ideas?
